Little Plum - Tapas & Wine Restaurant - is 2 minutes on foot from Miyanoura Port on Naoshima, and 10 seconds from the Naoshima Bath “I♥湯”. We are open every day from 16:00 to 21:30, serving tapas, house-smoked plates and a daily charcoal grill made with ingredients from the islands of the Seto Inland Sea.

What time are you open? Are you open on Sundays?

We are open daily from 16:00 to 21:30, including Sundays and holidays. There is no regular closing day.

Last orders are in three stages:

• Charcoal grill (Today's Grill): 20:00
• Food and dessert: 20:30
• Drinks: 21:00

We open at 16:00 and do not serve lunch or breakfast. Some listing sites still show old opening hours; the correct hours are 16:00–21:30.

What kind of food do you serve?

Tapas, dishes smoked in house over cherry wood, and a charcoal grill that changes every day. All prices include tax.

• House-made seasonal pickles: 650 yen
• Vegetable caponata: 1,000 yen
• Omishima wild boar sausage: 1,350 yen
• Penne all'arrabbiata, Naoshima salt-cured pork: 1,850 yen
• Cherry-smoked platter of five (cheese, nuts, quail eggs, salami and duck ham): 2,100 yen
• Pork cotoletta alla Milanese: 2,300 yen

Can I order in English?

Yes. You can order in English from the mobile order on your phone by scanning the QR code on your table, or tell our staff your order directly in English.

Do I need a reservation?

You can walk in, and we also take reservations by phone at +81 90-1112-7040.

We accept credit cards (VISA, JCB, MasterCard, American Express). Children are welcome.

Can I just have a drink?

We ask every guest to order one drink and one dish. At certain times, such as the 16:00 hour, drinks only may be available on the terrace.

We serve four craft beers brewed on the islands of the Seto Inland Sea (1,300 yen each), including Naoshima Story, a pale ale from Naoshima, and Naoshima Terroir Rum “Chats et La mer” 2026 (42%ABV, 1,300 yen), an agricole rum made from freshly pressed sugarcane juice from Naoshima and Ehime Prefecture.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes. Eight dishes are marked V (vegetarian) and one is marked VO (can be prepared in a vegetarian version).

V: house-made seasonal pickles, Sicilian-style marinated pumpkin, marinated mushrooms with coriander, vegetable caponata, island garden salad, pommes pin, house-smoked cheese and smoked mixed nuts. VO: penne all'arrabbiata with Naoshima salt-cured pork.

Is Little Plum a hotel? Do you offer takeaway?

No. Little Plum is a restaurant only; we do not offer accommodation. We do not offer takeaway.

You must be 20 or over to drink alcohol in Japan.
